Rockhopper Pictures is a Dallas-Fort Worth-based wedding videography studio serving couples throughout North and Central Texas. I create authentic, cinematic wedding films that depict real love stories that can be shared for generations.
Maggie and Dylan Allen | Full Wedding Film - Gainesville, TX
This was an endearing wedding set in the idyllic countryside north of DFW during Christmastime. Good people, an energetic dance floor, and plenty of cake to go around made this a blast to film!
It’s a great representation of my full video package. The couple requested all the footage, which I neatly packaged in what I now call ‘special features’,
Bryton and Bryant Parrott | Short Wedding Film - Ropesville, TX
This unique wedding in the West Texas countryside took place the day before Easter Sunday, set in a landscape that was truly a sight to behold. This couple’s beautiful story and powerful bond made the long drive out past Lubbock worth the adventure.
This is a great example of my short wedding package. It makes for a tight film that reflects the sentiments and connection of the couple while sticking to the most important parts.
Bailey and Nih Hamilton | Short Wedding Film - Palmer, TX
Out near Waxahachie, I had the pleasure of filming this highly energetic wedding celebration filled with tears, laughter and dancing. The tree cover made for an interesting shooting challenge, but turned out to be an amazing backdrop to this couple’s love story.
Another great example of the short wedding package, they received coverage of all their most important moments in a smaller package.
Sarai & Tristan Metzler | Short Wedding Film - Princeton, TX
This was a beautiful and intimate fall wedding celebration filmed in a little town northeast of Dallas.
Avery and Nick Irwin | Wedding Teaser - Paris, TX
Ammi and Skylar Westbrook | Wedding Teaser - Denton, TX
My approach to wedding films
My goal is to tell your story in a way that reflects exactly how emotional and beautiful your big day is. The focus is on you and your spouse, no fancy tricks or visual flairs that draw attention away from what’s most important.
I guarantee you and your spouse a film you can share with your future kids, their future kids, and your family and friends for many years.
Over the course of my career, I’ve been trained in the ways of documentary filmmaking and have found a style that transports people to the time and place in which it was shot. I was educated at UT Austin with a B.S. in Radio, Television, and Film where I fostered a deep love for the power of storytelling.
